  2. Add 300 grams of oatmeal "Hercules", 100 grams of kefir and 8-10 tbsp. L oats, rough grinding.
  3. It is airtight to close the jar with a lid or rubber glove and leave the mixture to roam for 1-2 days.

Important: for the fermentation process, it is necessary to observe the temperature-strictly in the range of 22-28 degrees.

  • After fermentation, we filter the resulting mash through a sieve and drain into a separate jar.
  • At the same time, wash the flakes with boiled water several times (can be useful for cooking cereals).
  • The filtrate is set to stagger for 18-20 hours.
  • After time, a white precipitate will settle in the bank, and a transparent fluid (kvass) will be on top of it.
  • We drain kvass into a jar, and the precipitate will go to cook jelly and as a sourdough.

Important: a sourdough is stored in the refrigerator for no more than 20 days.

  1. We take a glass jar with a volume of 3 liters and pour 2.5 liters of boiled water at room temperature.
  2. Add 3 tbsps of oatmeal "Hercules" and 0.5 tbsp of kefir.
  3. Mix, put on a polyethylene cover or rubber glove (for better gas release).
  4. We remove the jar in a dark, warm place for the 2nd day.
  5. After time, the oat mixture must be filtered. In this case, we drain the liquid into a separate 2-liter jar for further use, namely, we insist the concentrate within 12-18 hours.
  6. Rinse oatmeal over a 2-liter jar with boiled water at room temperature and set to infuse for 12-18 hours.
  7. The liquid after 12-18 hours will be divided into white precipitate and kvass.
  8. Drain the liquid from both cans.
  9. We collect the precipitate, which is the Kiseel concentrate, into a separate container (for consumption with the average acidity of the stomach).
  10. From the finished concentrate we cook jelly (on average, 2 tbsp is taken for a glass of water).

Important: people with high acidity of the stomach use fluid after flushing oatmeal, and with a reduced - primary filtrate
